By using Sotto (sottogames.com), you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short. Read them.

The service

Sotto is a free, anonymous group games platform. Secret Santa is the first game; more will follow. Sotto Games is operated independently. There is no paid tier, no advertising, and no warranty of uptime.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Sotto to coordinate harassment, illegal gift exchange, or anything that violates applicable law.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the draw algorithm.
• Don't impersonate other participants. The PIN system is there to keep things fair.

Your content

You own everything you submit to Sotto — your display name, your wishlist text, your group name. We use it only to run the game you joined.

Liability

Sotto is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that gifts will be appropriate, on-time, or even purchased. That part is on you and your crew.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when. Continuing to use Sotto after an update means you accept the new terms.
